Coffee 101 is the result of a thought that came to me after we received numerous emails over many years from people asking us to give them more information about coffee and recommendations of where they could learn more

Despite many years of searching, I could not find a one-stop shop where people could obtain all of the information needed for a good grounding in coffee. So, I decided to offer the help myself, making use information picked up from my many visits to origin and years of interaction with many coffee professionals.
